Buskerfest - I am a "Racial Disgrace" apparently!

Buskerfest in Toronto was AMAZING, we went Saturday night!!

Busking is a job of street performers who only get paid if you enjoy their sows, which means they make the most honest living, they get paid what they deserve! To be honest... I couldn't even pay them as much as they deserve because the talent was endless and all over, I would have been poor....

While at Buskerfest however, it was brought to my attention by an individual that I am a "racial disgrace to the human race, and a monkey face"....

WOW

Racism is still very much alive! Let me rewind to how this all went down!

I am standing among hundreds of people watching to young men perform an amazing show filled with talent and humor and Miki is standing with Xavier on his shoulders, Armani is watching the show, Kimora is trying and Laya is in the stroller....

I hear from behind me....

"You stupid Nigger" of course this drew the attention of me, and others who heard, so I glanced back, and he there was a 70 year old man yelling at a black man in his 30's hold his around 2 year old child....

The man yelling is wearing a Confederate hat, and a Blue blazer with a read shirt.

He noticed I was looking and he yells "and you, you are a racial disgrace to the human race, monkey face", I was so taken back at this moment, and the black guy was starring at me and I was looking at him, and all of a sudden two Muslim ladies who happened to be walking by stopped in front of him not realizing what was going on, and he tried to pull of the ladies ha-jabs, and screaming "terrorist", the black man stepped in front of the ladies with his child to protect them and just when I was about to step in, the old man walked away....

The ladies were calling for their husbands, and I was tapping Miki, but so much talent was all over Buskerfest they did not even realize what was going on....

After he left I looked at everyone and said, "did that really just happen?" all of us shook our heads and I said "don't let him ruin our night, make the most of it"

What an ignorant ASSHOLE, funny thing is a lot of people think I look white, but apparently, I do not!

I am MIXED, and PROUD!

The only disgrace was the ignorance of this man who lives in such a multi-cultural city.... He really made me wonder how many peoples days does he ruin on the regular....

Sad that Racism is still very much alive!
